1. About pmgix

pmgix provides strategic financial advisory services relating to project finance, transactions, restructuring, and related disciplines. The Site is intended to provide general information about our firm, capabilities, insights, and contact channels. It does not itself constitute a binding offer to provide services.

A formal client relationship, scope of work, and deliverables are established only through a separate written agreement accepted by both parties.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal or internal business purposes, provided that you:

• do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data;
• do not interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Site;
• do not scrape, harvest, or automate access in a manner that imposes unreasonable load;

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

pmgix is not a law firm, bank, broker-dealer, or regulated investment adviser unless expressly stated in a signed engagement. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on information found on the Site.

Any forward-looking statements, market commentary, or illustrative financial information are subject to assumptions, risks, and uncertainties. Actual outcomes may differ materially.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, pmgix and its licensors own all rights in the Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, software, and compilations. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print limited portions of the Site for personal or internal business reference, provided you do not modify the materials and retain all proprietary notices. “pmgix” and related branding are trademarks of pmgix. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

5. Information you submit

If you submit information through contact forms, RFP requests, event registrations, or other channels on the Site, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to provide it.

We process submissions in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information that you are not permitted to disclose, or information belonging to third parties without appropriate authority.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services for convenience. pmgix does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Access to linked sites is at your own risk, and you should review their terms and privacy notices.

7. Site availability

We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Content may be updated, withdrawn, or changed without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pmgix and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, including loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100) or the minimum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless pmgix from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by pmgix’s own negligence or misconduct.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Istanbul, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Site, subject to mandatory consumer protections or rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless otherwise required by law.
